When you use the contact form on this site, I receive the name, email address, phone number, and any message content you choose to share. I use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to facilitate scheduling.

This website is hosted on Squarespace, which automatically collects certain technical data — such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location — through cookies and similar technologies. This data is used for basic site functionality and aggregate analytics. I do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising purposes.

How your information is used

Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to you. I do not add you to any mailing list, share your contact information with third parties, or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

This website is hosted by Squarespace, which has its own privacy policy available at squarespace.com/privacy. The "Book Now" button on this site links to Mindful Therapy Group's scheduling portal, which has its own privacy practices. Once you leave this site, their policies govern.

Your rights under Oregon law

Oregon's Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal data has been collected about you through this site, request correction or deletion of that data, and opt out of any sale of your personal data (note: I do not sell personal data).
